Mount Sibayak Sunrise Hike or Day Hike from Berastagi
About This Experience
Mount Sibayak is ideal for beginners, offering a relatively short hike with stunning views of the Karo Highlands. From the peak, you’ll be able to enjoy breathtaking landscapes, fresh air, and even glimpse other nearby mountains. Lau Sidebukdebuk (Hot Spring), located at the foot of Mount Sibayak in Semangat Gunung Village, is a natural attraction with water temperatures of 40-45°C. The hot spring’s sulfuric water, with about 16% sulfur content, flows through cracks in the lava from Mount Sibayak.
